What is neurological rehabilitation?
Neurological rehabilitation helps people living with stroke, Parkinson's disease, nerve injuries, vertigo and other neurological conditions to move better and live more independently.
We use task-specific training, balance and gait work, strengthening and functional exercises focused on what matters most in your daily life, and we involve family members so progress continues at home.

Neurological Rehabilitation FAQs
How soon after a stroke should rehab begin?
As early as it is medically safe. The early months offer the greatest potential for recovery, but meaningful improvement is possible at any stage.
Do you treat vertigo?
Yes. Many types of vertigo, such as BPPV, respond very well to specific repositioning manoeuvres and vestibular exercises.
Can neuro physiotherapy be done at home?
Yes. Home sessions are often the best option for patients with limited mobility.
